Mer-Thane 300SF
Elastomeric Urethane Pedestrian Decking System
Mer-Thane 300SF is a high-performance, solvent-free, low odor, moisture cured, cold fluid applied, elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing system combined with an integrally colored, quick setting, polyester, aliphatic topcoat. This seamless system provides superior adhesion, abrasion and impact resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance and weatherability. Mer-Thane 300SF is specifically engineered to protect plywood and concrete surfaces from deterioration due to water penetration, waterborne chlorides and exposure to common chemicals and biodegradable materials found in pedestrian traffic applications. It is engineered to seal the substrate from moisture penetration during freeze-thaw cycling or high temperature/high humidity thermal cycling.
Mer-Thane 300SF installs at a minimum 55 mils (1.4mm) DFT and is designed for use over properly prepared plywood and concrete substrates. This seamless system can be applied at flashing areas, drains, trenches, curbs, vertical wall terminations and other surface transition areas to provide seamless waterproofing protection.

Elastomeric Urethane Vehicular Decking System
Mer-Thane 310SF is an environmentally friendly, high-solids, solvent-free, low odor, moisture cured, cold liquid applied, elastomeric, aromatic urethane waterproofing system. This easy-to-use, high performance system provides superior adhesion, abrasion and impact resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance and weatherability. Mer-Thane 310SF is specifically engineered to protect concrete surfaces from deterioration due to water penetration, waterborne chlorides and exposure to common chemicals and biodegradable materials found in vehicular traffic applications. It is engineered to seal the substrate from moisture penetration during freeze-thaw cycling or high temperature/high humidity thermal cycling.
Mer-Thane 310SF installs at a minimum 40 mils (1.0mm) DFT and is designed for use over properly prepared concrete substrates. This seamless system can be applied at flashing areas, drains, trenches, curbs, vertical wall terminations and other surface transition areas to provide seamless waterproofing protection.

Fast Curing Elastomeric Pedestrian Decking System
Mer-Thane 500 is an elastomeric, fluid applied, metal reinforced, high-performance polyurethane waterproof decking system. This easy-to-use, fast setting system provides superior adhesion, abrasion and impact resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance and weatherability. Mer-Thane 500 is specifically engineered to protect plywood surfaces from deterioration due to water penetration, waterborne chlorides and exposure to common chemicals and biodegradable materials found in exterior pedestrian traffic applications. It is engineered to seal the substrate from moisture penetration during freeze-thaw cycling or high temperature/high humidity thermal cycling and expand and contract with normal structural movements.
Mer-Thane 500 installs at a minimum 60 mils (1.5mm) DFT and is designed for use over properly prepared plywood substrates. This seamless system can be applied at flashing areas, drains, trenches, curbs, vertical wall terminations and other surface transition areas to provide seamless waterproofing protection.
